My amazing niece turns three!

Just a little less than two years ago, my sister and brother-in-law were just announcing they (after what seemed like forever) had been matched with a little girl in China.

That beautiful little girl, our niece Mia, is just turning three this month.

Can you see the family resemblance (hint: frosting)? Actually, I think I one-upped her a little. I managed to dip my hair in pink frosting while trying to multi-task between taking pictures and chowing down on ice cream cake. Hubby tried to help me clean it out of my hair with a wet napkin, but it just spread everywhere so, for the rest of the night, I had a fabulous pink streak in my hair. I may be on to something, though: edible hair dye. Yum!

Hello Kitty is all the rage.

So are ball pits.

We are so lucky to have such a cutie in our family!
